About
My name is Sandrine Courtès
I have gained 17 years of experience in R&D as a pharmacologist specializing in neurosciences, stem cells, and preclinical neuro-oncology, focusing on small molecules, peptides, and targeting technology. This experience includes 10 years in managerial positions and 7 years in executive roles across four different startups.
I also have a strong academic background with a PhD in Neuroscience and two master's degrees: one in Oncology from ENS Lyon and another in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris.
Today my goal is to accelerate R&D and maximize the potential of disruptive innovations to address unmet medical needs.
I have a historical interest and a strong dedication to Neuro-oncology, particularly Glioblastoma. By delving deeply into the science of the field, understanding patients' needs, and considering the biotech's socio-economic environment, I have refined my expertise and developed methods, that I have successfully applied to other indications in oncology and neuroscience.
Based in southern France, I mostly work remotely for international companies.
